Turf is a base job with a green finish. We excavate to depth, install a compacted granular base, set proper grade and slope, and build the surface to drain. This is the step most installers rush, and it is the step that decides whether your turf still looks flat in year five.
We install quality synthetic turf built for realistic blade shape, colour variation, and UV stability, backed by manufacturer warranties. Real products with real performance data, not thin big-box rolls that flatten, fade, and shine within two summers.
Manitoba ground moves. We account for that with correct base depth, compaction, drainage, and secured perimeter edging so the turf does not lift, ripple, or separate at the seams after the first hard winter.
If a workmanship issue appears within 3 years, including seam separation, edge lifting, or settling caused by base failure, we return and fix it at no charge. Written into every project contract, not just a verbal promise.
Tyler Abraham is not a project manager in an office. He is physically on site at every project, overseeing excavation, base compaction, seaming, and finish detail in real time. On turf, the details are the entire job.
We do not double-book crews or chase volume. Each project gets the full team's attention. If your timeline is unrealistic, Tyler will tell you and decline the work rather than compromise the result.
Landscape turf delivers the look of a healthy lawn without watering, mowing, fertilizing, or reseeding. Multi-tone fibres, a natural thatch layer, and UV-stable colour keep it looking real through prairie summers, and a simple rinse is all the upkeep it needs.
For clients who want a backyard putting green, we build true contoured greens with the correct short-pile surface, cup placement, and fringe detail. Every install, green or lawn, sits on a compacted base with drainage and a secured perimeter engineered for Manitoba ground.
You call or submit a form with your project scope and location. Tyler or a team member responds within one business day with questions and preliminary guidance. If it sounds like a fit, we move to a site visit.
Tyler visits the site, assesses your grade, drainage, sun exposure, and access. He takes precise measurements and photographs, and turf grade, pile height, infill, and edging options are discussed in person with samples available.
A detailed line-item proposal covers all labour, materials, excavation, base, turf, and infill, with a layout plan included. Once approved, we confirm any required municipal approvals, lock in a start date, and order materials.
The most important phase. We strip the existing surface, excavate to depth, install and compact the granular base, and set grade and slope so water moves off the surface instead of sitting under it.
Turf is laid, seamed, secured at every edge, and brushed with infill to set the blades upright. Tyler then walks the finished surface with you, explains the warranty, and provides care guidance before the project is closed.
