Most of our work happens inside the city perimeter, with full-property transformations reaching into the surrounding communities. Most Genesis projects range from $20,000 to $100,000+. Full outdoor living transformations covering a patio, outdoor kitchen, retaining walls, and structures typically run $50,000 to $100,000+. We provide free ballpark estimates by phone or email when you can share your square footage and scope. Final pricing always requires an on-site visit.
Our warranty covers all labor and install issues, including patio shifting, edging breaks, and settling, for three full years. Industry standard is one year. We make it right so your project looks the same in year five as it did the day it was installed.
Yes. Genesis is a CMHA Certified Installer (formerly ICPI), a Belgard Authorized Installer, and an MBNLA member, with certifications in Allan Block, SRW, Inlite Lighting, Polymeric Sand, and Rosetta Walls. Every credential we list is earned, never paid for.
Yes. We create a detailed 3D rendering so you can see your finished space before any work begins. The design fee is credited back to you in full when your project moves forward.
