Best of City, Verified Pro, Top-Rated, and various accreditation upgrades are tiered subscription products. Pay the annual fee, display the badge.
Genesis does not do this. Tyler has walked away from RenovationFind and Clever Canadian ranking positions because competitors were paying to maintain top placement, and he was not willing to compete on who spends more on marketing badges.

Tyler Abraham completes new training each off-season, typically November through March. A contractor who stopped learning in 2018 is installing with 2018 knowledge. Base engineering standards have been updated. New product systems have been introduced.

CMHA (formerly ICPI) is the industry's highest standard for interlocking concrete paver installation. It covers base engineering, edge restraint, joint sand, and compaction, the exact details that decide whether a surface lasts for decades or fails in a few seasons. Many Winnipeg contractors do not hold it. Tyler does, and he keeps it current with ongoing training.
