5 star – work, communication, everything deserves a 5 star! Despite his staffing challenges, Tyler completed our entire outdoor space on his own! Once he got started he didn’t stop, 10+ hours a day!! He stayed committed to completing the project to the end. The hard work definitely shows in the final results. We would highly recommend Tyler and his company Genesis. We recently had a renovation of an old patio. Tyler incorporated great ideas to reuse some of the existing material and blend in new material to make an excellent design. Our experience with Genesis began in July 2023. Tyler was recommended by a neighbour (and his neighbour) to do interlocking brick. The work they completed at our neighbour’s was just stunning and they were completely happy with the entire process.
Tyler was very helpful and patient and completed three different quotes for us, varying cost and work to be done. We were also having fencing and sod installed so the project was planned for September.
The team installed an impressive sidewalk with Barkman pavers (two colours) using polymer sand, a magical product! They also levelled and compacted an area in preparation for us to put down river rock (ourselves). The clean up was just great, like they had never been there.
Also included in their work is a workmanship warranty and Barkman transferable warranty.
We definitely recommend Tyler and his team for their professionalism and hard work.
