Tyler visits the site, assesses your space, existing grades, and access to gas, water, and power. He takes precise measurements and photographs, and layout, materials, and appliance options are discussed in person with samples available.
A detailed line-item proposal covers all labour, materials, masonry, countertops, appliances, utility rough-ins, and any permit fees, with a layout plan included. Once approved, we handle required municipal and trade permits, lock in a confirmed start date, and order materials.
The most important phase. We build a frost-resistant base, run any required gas, water, and electrical rough-ins, and construct the masonry body of your kitchen with weatherproof detailing tuned to Manitoba's freeze-thaw cycles.
Countertops, appliances, and finishes are installed and tested. Tyler then walks the completed kitchen with you, explains the warranty, and provides care guidance before the project is closed.
