Tyler visits the site, assesses your grade, soil conditions, and existing drainage patterns. He takes precise measurements and photographs, and wall design, height, and material options are discussed in person with samples available.
A detailed line-item proposal covers all labour, materials, base, drainage, reinforcement, and any permit fees, with a layout plan included. Once approved, we handle required municipal permits and engineering for taller walls, lock in a confirmed start date, and order materials.
The most important phase. We excavate to the engineered depth, install and compact a granular base, build in drainage and proper backfill, and add geogrid reinforcement where the wall height and soil load require it.
