The equipment pad is a hardscape job, and hardscape is what we do. We build it level, raised out of standing water, on a compacted base that will not settle and tilt your pump, with drainage set so runoff moves away instead of pooling under the equipment.
Line size, run length and the number of turns all cost you pump efficiency. We plan the runs short and direct, bury them at the right depth and slope so they blow out cleanly in the fall, and leave every union and valve where a person can actually reach it.
In Manitoba the season is short and the shutdown is not optional. We install the system so lines can be blown out, the pump and filter drained, and the equipment closed down properly every fall, then opened again in spring without surprises.
If a workmanship issue appears within 3 years, including pad settling, plumbing leaks or connection failures in the work we installed, we return and fix it at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on the equipment itself are separate and provided by the brand.
Tyler Abraham is not a project manager in an office. He is physically on site at every project, setting the pad, checking the runs and the connections in real time. On a system you are going to rely on for fifteen years, that matters.
We do not double-book crews or chase volume. Each project gets the full team's attention. If your timeline is unrealistic, Tyler will tell you and decline the work rather than compromise the result.
Hayward pumps, filters, heaters and sanitization systems, sized to the volume of your pool rather than to whatever was cheapest to order. Everything is set out on the pad with proper spacing and access so filters can be cleaned and parts replaced without dismantling the whole system.
The part most pool installers treat as an afterthought and we treat as the job. A level, drained pad on a compacted base, plumbing runs planned and buried properly, electrical coordinated with a licensed electrician, and screening so the equipment disappears from the finished space.
You call or submit a form with your project scope and location. Tyler or a team member responds within one business day with questions and preliminary guidance. If it sounds like a fit, we move to a site visit.
Tyler visits the site, assesses the pool, the grade, the panel location and where the equipment can sit with proper access and screening. He takes precise measurements and photographs, and equipment selection, pad location, plumbing routing and concealment are discussed in person.
A detailed line-item proposal covers all labour, equipment, pad construction, plumbing and screening, with a layout plan included. Once approved, we confirm electrical permit requirements with your electrician, lock in a confirmed start date, and order materials.
The most important phase. We build the pad on a compacted base, trench and lay the supply and return lines at proper depth and slope, coordinate the electrical rough-in, and pressure check the plumbing before anything is buried.
Equipment is set, connected and commissioned, and the system is run and checked under load. Tyler then walks it with you, explains the warranty, and shows you the shutdown and start-up sequence so you know exactly what the system needs each season.
Tell us about your project and we will help you figure out if Genesis is the right fit. No pressure, just an honest conversation about your space and your goals.
