Tyler visits the site, assesses soil conditions, existing grades, and drainage patterns. He takes precise measurements and photographs, and material and design options are discussed in person with samples available.
A detailed line-item proposal covers all labour, materials, base aggregate, edge restraints, jointing sand, and any permit fees, with a basic layout plan included. Once approved, we handle required municipal permits, lock in a confirmed start date, and order materials.
The most important phase. We excavate to the engineered depth for your site and frost zone, install and compact granular base in layers, establish proper grade and drainage slope, and install edge restraints before any paver is laid.
